Melissa and I just had our first baby and he is so beautiful. Let me introduce my son, Andy Marshall Carper Bailey. Born February 19, 2008 at 3:56 pm, 8 lbs 11 ounces, 20 ¾ inches long. He has been a complete joy since the moment we meet in the delivery room. After a failed 2 day induction, Melissa had to have a c-section. That was so amazing and wonderful. Since I was able to record the entire birthing from delivery to him getting his first bath, Melissa and I will enjoy this moment for the rest of our lives.
I’m still amazed how I feel, Since Melissa has been basically in recovery since the birth, I have done everything, I mean everything and I love it. It’s like I have turned into super dad. I’m looking forward to our return home and to see how little Andy likes his nursery. It’s amazing.
